Rawabi Ahad General Contracting Group was established in the blessed city of Madinah in 1434 AH (2012/2013 CE) by its founder, Sheikh Mohammed Awda Al-Baladi, with the aim of contributing to the development of this holy city through the development of road networks and infrastructure.

Thanks to God and then to the determination and perseverance of its management, the group quickly rose to prominence, earning the trust of its clients. It has completed numerous large and medium-sized projects in Madinah and its surrounding areas. The group continues its journey of development and growth, undertaking major construction and maintenance projects. It aspires to elevate Madinah to become a model to be emulated throughout the Kingdom in terms of execution quality, planning precision, and rapid development in safety. The group has obtained ISO 45001:2015 certification for quality, which has significantly contributed to raising the standards of ISO 9001:2018 and enhancing quality and safety certifications.' Road Construction and Maintenance Works

Road maintenance works, including scraping, paving, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, street planning, and neighborhood and urban development.

Infrastructure Works

Includes excavation and backfilling works, and the extension of sewage, water, lighting, telephone, and electricity networks, and paving.

Building Construction and Maintenance Works

Includes building restoration (building renovation, repair of the building's external structure, crack repair, modification of doors, roofs, and windows, insulation reinforcement, in addition to renewing the sewage network and electrical supplies.

Landscape Works

Landscape works include the construction of irrigation infrastructure, planting, turfing, curbs, sidewalks, and interlocking pavers.

Awning and Shade Structure Installation Works

Design and installation of all types of awnings, including concrete bases, metal structures, and sails with high resistance to ultraviolet and infrared radiation, according to the terms and specifications.
